Connected proposes hosting plus two small edits per year. Concierge proposes hosting plus one small edit per month. Each edit is limited to 15 minutes, and monthly allowances do not roll over. Larger changes, new features, paid services and redesigns require a separate quote.
No. Design and setup are separate from printing, shipping, tax and paid licenses. You approve the final artwork, stock, quantity and printer quote before an order is placed. This test site cannot place orders.
The intended process is a brief consultation, asset review, design concepts, your selection and revisions. We then verify contact information and QR destinations, obtain artwork approval, and confirm printing. A digital destination must be live and checked before QR artwork goes to print.
The proposed policy gives you rights to final paid-for artwork, subject to any third-party licenses, and an editable export. Reusable SBH tools remain with SBH. A customer-owned domain or delegated subdomain is preferred for long-term QR continuity; the destination and handoff plan would be agreed before print.
The proposed policy allows cancellation at the end of the paid month, with up to 30 days for transition, an export, and up to 30 minutes of simple handoff help. Continued free hosting is not promised. A hosted SBH subdomain is not transferable like a domain you own; an alternative destination needs to be arranged.
Not in this proposed first version. Connected and Concierge use a shared business destination. Different employee fronts are also not the same as a unique identity for every printed card. Unique per-card codes and attribution would be a separate future scope.
